For what purpose do we process your personal data?

In case you are CLIENT or SUPPLIER of M.C. TRINTER S.A. we process your personal data for the purpose of managing our business relationship, as well as for sending commercial communications, by any means, including electronic, that may be of interest to you.

In the event that you are a POTENTIAL CUSTOMER of M.C. TRINTER S.A., your data will be used for the sole purpose of sending you commercial communications that may be of interest to you. If you wish to continue receiving our communications you must unequivocally accept our policy by clicking on the I ACCEPT button.

How long will we keep your data?

The information relating to the interested party will be kept during the period of validity of the business relationship, as long as the deletion of the same is not requested; as well as during the period of prescription of the actions that could arise in relation to the present relationship. Throughout this period, the data may be made available to the public administration with competence in the matter, upon request for justified cause.

In such cases, we will only retain the data for the exercise or defence of claims.

In certain circumstances and for reasons relating to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. M.C. TRINTER S.A. will cease to process the data, except for imperative legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims.

Finally, in the terms established in the current legislation; they will be able to revoke the consents that they have been providing us, having the interested persons the possibility of presenting a claim in Spain before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es), as well as to request before this organism information and guardianship on the exercise of their rights.

The use of this website is governed by Spanish law, regardless of the user’s legal environment. Any dispute that may arise in the interpretation of these conditions will be resolved in the courts of the place where M.C. TRINTER S.A. has its activity.
